About Pavlenka

As a personal Life Coach I specialise in allowing people who have lost direction in life to get back on track, both in their personal and working life to develop into the person they want to be and to lead the life they want to lead.

I am a former restaurateur, hotelier and college lecturer, and have acted as a trainer, mentor and personal tutor to individuals from all walks of life and of all ages.

I sincerely believe everyone is important and deserves to be heard. The only regrets you will have will be not changing areas of your life or current situation that you are unhappy with.
